Tiger collector
1.) No variations or print defects. Started with just cards appearing in the Surf book from the late 80's, I am now chasing any Topps card that has a Tiger featured (not cards that have a Tiger in the photo on another players card). I'll work on the Bowman's next. 2.) 2000. Nice round number and I don't like collecting active players (I do not own a Miguel Cabrera card in a Tiger uniform). 3.) Semi-rigid until 1968. I keep them in a couple of drawers in my card cabinet. 1969-2000 are in sets (album or boxed). 4.) My Kaline's, team cards, T206's, and a handful of others are entombed. The rest, see above. 5.) No parallel sets and my plan is to dump all of my Fleer and Donruss cards. I am pursuing Topps Archives certified autograph cards.
