These are fairly common, there are many baseball ones that are similar - most likely from the 1920s or 30s. There are early punch outs that can bring more money, but once you get into the 1920s, 30s and 40s they are only 20.00-40.00 items. Does depend on variety and graphics, but in general they are not too much. Sometimes board game makers produced them or odd ball makers of toys. I do not see a name, so it would be hard to find out the maker unless you found a similar one with info.
