Recently we were hit with severe weather. So, for obvious reasons some of the deliveries were delayed.
Three days after one buyer paid, he opened up a case against me because he didn't receive his card. I explained to him that because of the bad weather, it might take a few days. He did get his card but he didn't take the time out to close the case. This happens frequently when some buyer has no patience so they decide to open a case without checking with the seller. Then when they do get their card, they don't have the courtesy to close the case. eBay is not a fun place anymore to sell your cards.
