I know this is seemingly not the splashy pickup, but to me, this is one of my best cards. The thick and dead centered borders on this baby ooze eye appeal, to me. And the image is bright and clean.
Some of the most serendipitous spider wrinkles ever conspire to make this baby a relatively cheap 1.5! Bear in mind that the left inner ridge of the holder is obscuring but a sliver of the left edge. I've shopped for this card for some time, and these full even borders just called out to me ![]() Last edited by MattyC; 01-11-2014 at 07:52 PM. |

Thanks Rhys and Karthik for my four newest M101-6s; I am up to 22 of these and am hooked. Sorry for the crappy pic!

Brian...are you able to make what is stamped on the back of your Koester's Bread card of Alex Ferguson? The scan is pretty light. Is it some sort of redemption offer from the company?

Brian,
Here is what I have been able to decipher from the back of the card: "Most prominent movie actors and actresses in the country. We have made up an album which will hold the complete (obliterated) On receipt of 15 cents (obliterated) will send a blank album to any address in the United States. Then on the last line it seems to indicate "Confectionery Company." I spoke with one member and am in the process of contacting another on this card. The one member indicated an eBay lot which has the exact same wording on the back with the exception of the "confectionery" part. Here is the link (yes, I bought the other item as well): http://www.ebay.com/itm/300941876049...84.m1497.l2649 |
