not sure about anyone else but those rubber bands scare me. even if the cards are in top loaders.

the worst part is those aren't even the hard top loaders. those are basically just a double thick plastic sleeve. if they were the hard ones the cards wouldn't be bending like it looks like they are

You missed it. It is actually a rubber band collection. The top loaders are just there to help maintain an isostatic stretch, the preferred state for storing vintage elastics.
