The tiny town of Nelliston, NY has a street named Dahlen Street. On it, still stands the house that Bill Dahlen lived in for a long time. No plaque, but the street was named for him.
I also believe Utica, NY celebrated George Burns (the ball player) Day and has a plaque to him. Pennants can be found from the celebration.
