Zack,
Why not just e-mail the sellers and find out what the bottom is? If I was selling these, and someone showed even the smallest interest, I would do everything possible to get it sold. If you don't want the packs inside, I will take them off your hands for you. As long as the price is reasonable. Like shipping plus $1.  Rob A.
