I disagree. It was issued as part of the regular series and you need it to have a complete set.

Bob Keegan is even more out there then Minnie Minoso in the 1977 set with the highlight of his no-hitter of 1957/ Still based on playing career.

The Keegan is a card in a set describing a past deed.

The Minoso is a card describing a current deed, and the player in question, played in all of the intervening years.

Dick Hall, who was a pretty good pitcher, disappeared from Topps cards in '64, 65 and '66 ...

These two have always stuck out for me -

Tony LaRussa - 64, 68, 72

On that card every 4 years plan...

Lou Pinella - 64, 68, 69

All Future Star Rookie Cards...with the same picture...no respect..lol
