The notching top and bottom are from a chipped blade on the cutter. I've seen a few others like it.
They would obviously keep it from grading as NM, along with the back centering being way off. But it is NM from a preservation standpoint. I'd want to be buying it at the VG price, maybe a bit more. Steve B
