Thank you Scott, and the 3-4 others who have sent me scans privately since I last posted in this thread.

For those of you who like back runs, I have compiled a list of all subjects who so far have 10 or more different m101-4/5 ad backs confirmed. (this excludes blank backs) This list will grow as I receive more data, as many are at 8 or 9 now and I still need Sporting News scans. Anyway, here goes:
