This will mark my initial foray into the pre-war pickup threads. My thanks to Pete (sycks22) for the T202, and Doug (piedmont150) for the T206s.

Nice pickups Bill. I'm a big T202 fan myself, especially since there are always a lot of really nice lower grade examples out there (1-2's can often present like EX- EXMT), that can be had at relatively low cost.

Thank you, Ian. They definitely caught my eye the first time I saw them in the latest Robert Edwards auction catalog. I love the variety that the cards offer. An action shot and two portraits to bookend it makes for a very interesting composition. After I read the player bios on the back, I go to Baseball Reference and Wikipedia to learn more.

I am really enjoying myself. There's this whole untapped world of vintage and pre-war cards for me to explore, and it's completely reinvigorated my passion for the hobby.

Those look fantastic! VIVID Colors for something 100+ years old.

Thank you, Eric. I love my scanner. I adjust the levels slightly, but that's all I have to do.
