This is why I was confused it didn't seem as simple as a fraudster with a fake eBay or website. More like two folks both looking to sell the same card.

Thanks for the info John. It is now gone, poof, from the site. Rather then get into it, lets just state that my original comment was correct, it has been in my vault for this auction since early March, and no one else is or was authorized to offer it for sale. I am glad it was caught before the auction opened Monday
