Saw this on Ebay and took a chance on it being legit since I couldn't find another like it. Worked out well. T206 Lord with reddish/brown background at the bottom. Not sure how it got like that since they are usually just all blue. The red/brown goes into the shadows on the uniform too, usually it is grey, although the grey is still there too. Maybe someone was having fun at the t206 factory, who knows. I'm probably going to sell it because I don't trust the unknown, reeks of evil

Great cabinet team card, Travis.

On the purple in the T206, since the other main color in the uniform is red, maybe the red mixed with the blue background.

Jeremy, to answer your question about Houston players in n172, I believe I have found four, need to check my notes, but I have only recently begun researching early Houston baseball. I have a few team photos from late 40's early 50's. The oldest Houston team piece I have is a new arrival, a 1931 Houston Buffs team photo featuring Dizzy Dean, Tex Carelton and Ducky Medwick.

My goal is to pick up at least 1 Series 8 T210 each week and finish off the series (less Joe Jax).

Thanks Jason! Underrated card, IMO.

You're one post closer to 1000!

Flea market find...
Griffin Baltimores sliding pose

I was surprised that there is only one other image online of this pose that I could find (while there are many of his other poses).

Default T207 Thomas Needham

Finally was able to pick up this nice example which often can have registration issues. This one is a real beauty...classic pose.
