Early 1900s, maybe earlier 1910. Value depends on size, with the bigger the more valuable. Normal cabinet size I'd say $50. Perhaps it'd sell for $80 on a good day. Just a guess. I'm not an appraiser or dealer so take my pricing with a grain of salt. Though cabinet style cards sell for more than real photo postcards. Family reunion or town picnic game sounds reasonable. There certainly appear to be some relations in the photo. You'll see old photos with teams in street, work, school or farm clothes.
