Thanks for the responses. Here's what he said:
"I'm afraid that signature is not consistent with Walt Disney's cursive autograph. Much is wrong with it, but for brevity I'll focus on the "W" and "D" and how wildly oversized those letters are. Even the underline is written incorrectly." Afraid that statement is pretty much wiggle-proof.
