George Brown was one of three subjects (also Dahlen and Elberfeld) who's team designation was changed during the production of Group 1 subjects. As collectors we classify each team designation for these three as a different subject. If you follow the complete printing progression for both team designations of any of the three, you will see they are the same as other common Group 1 subjects.
When we separate each of the three into two different team variations, it reduces the number of backs possible for each, creating scarcity in comparison to other Group 1 subjects. |
