It may have been signed by someone other than Dimaggio. It could be that the kid who made the scrapbook got it TTM, but I'm sure that it has been in that scrapbook since 1942. Not a scam or forgery. I bought it off someone who didn't place any value on it and didn't have any other sports stuff for sale just 2nd hand junk. I paid less than $23. Here's a couple more:
