There is a product called "stamp lift" or such that is used by stamp collectors to free unused stamps that have stuck down in old albums due to moisture/humidity that will allow you to remove the coupon and not damage the Piedmont stamp or the coupon. It is brushed on the front and in a few minutes the adhered piece can be removed and then the stamp itself dries back to normal. It needs to be used liberally and not force the two apart, a little extra time is better to allow it to penetrate.
If you are anywhere near a stamp/coin shop you should be able to find it or in the www. |
