It's still the guy who tried to pull some type of scam...what that scam is and how he thought he could pull it off is not known.

I guess because im an unforgiving SOB when someone not only is a Liar but also trying to rob some guy out of a ton of cash. I would not only ban him from this forum but i would also notify other forums or anyplace like this. that maybe you (leon / admins/mods) know of to keep him from robbing anyone. im sure he has or will try this somewhere else.
