This same style of seat was used in many stadiums, including Crosley Field, Cincinnati. The structure is identical to one I have (from Crosley) but the arm-rests would have been painted red or green. I think it will be difficult to pinpoint where this one is from, since it appears to have had much of the paint removed.
Perhaps someone here knows. I don't recall seeing the black paint before... it could possibly be from a Minor League stadium. Hope you find your answer! Edit... Brendan replied while I was typing. Forbes is a good speculation... I can't tell from photo if the arms are painted black, or just bare metal that's been stripped of the paint. Can you clarify?
