I'm exclusively Ultra Pro platinum for my sets. I have every set from 1954 to today in three inch Ultra Pro binders with a representative card on the outside pocket and all cards in pages inside.
The onl real challange is smaller sets (i.e. pre 1957) where the set doesn't fill up the entire 3 inch binder. For those I have created a custom "pillow" that sits behind the pages and fills the gap in the binder.
