I agree Chuck, the tilt of the one on the left bothered me too. I'd probably pick the one on the right. But I'd take a look at whatever that is on the lower left side. Looks like some paper is flaking off like it got dinged on that side.

Has better focus and although the left one has a little better centering, the tilt bothers me.

This is sort of like "Who'd you rather go out with, Jennifer Anniston or Charlize Theron?" Either way you win.
