Default Because I passed on the REA Red Hindu Johnson

I was happy to pick up the WaJo in this auction. I was an underbidder on the REA one earlier this year (http://www.robertedwardauctions.com/.../2012/161.html) -- that one had a cleaner back, the SCP has better registration but the wrinkle at the top.

Either way, I'm happy.

I didn't enjoy waiting up until 5am to see the auction end. That pisses me off...the least they could do is that the "most recent bids" feature that REA has so we could all follow along on the items with action. I am strongly in favor of auctions with individual lot clocks. I understand, however, that the current "one clock" method favors the auction house and they are reluctant to give up that additional revenue.

A side note, I was the underbidder on The Simpsons cel inscribed to Ozzie...it would have been a great talking piece, but there are so many other Simpsons animation cels available for much less that I didn't want to rationalize it to my wife. haha.

Have a good one,
Steve
