A quick ebay search on 1986 Topps PSA 10 reveals a whole bunch of Buy It Nows of commons for $5.99 ot $9.99 that aren't selling real fast.

Tiffany's BIN's are more, but also not selling.

PSA 9's of Nolan Ryan list for $14.00. Mattingly $5.00.

A lot of 25 9's is at $29.00 with 9 hours left.

I don't think you would come close to breaking even by getting this set graded.
