I have about half a low grade Delong set and I am probably going to try to finish it...
I finished my T206 set (at 520) and am continually trying to upgrade it. Still have a long way to go, but little by little it has become presentable. I am starting a Magie savings account with the idea of picking up an A or a 1 in a couple of years. I have a very nice 1961 Topps I would like to finish....It's clearly behind the others. Finally, I have just about decided to begin upgrading my T205 set. It was actually the thing that got me started thinking I could actively finish pre-war sets and I completed a "fronts" set, with many of them being skins. Maybe it's just because i don't collect them, but they seem to be taking a price beat down lately. I may think about upgrading the worst of the lot and all the skins.
