I see that white as fraying, I don't know what other members think and I won't speak for them - I believe that card is graded accurately. I also believe that certain cards in the same grade holder appear better than others - I, again, believe that is a fairly and generally accepted in the community that one 9 can be different from another, and a 9 sometimes can appear better than a 10 (same case for 1 through 8's). NM 7: Near Mint A NM 7 is a card with just a slight surface wear visible upon close inspection. There may be slight fraying on some corners. Picture focus may be slightly out-of-register. A minor printing blemish is acceptable. Slight wax staining is acceptable on the back of the card only. Most of the original gloss is retained. Centering must be approximately 70/30 to 75/25 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the back. Last edited by Sean1125; 10-07-2012 at 08:15 AM.
