Nate,
I am not sure of of your exact situation, but I will review and get back to you. What I can state for the public record is that once we collect the money, consignors are paid in 30 days. No exceptions. If it took you more than that, that was a instance where the winning bidder did not honor his bid in a timely manner. Once we collect the money, consignors are immediately paid.
