"Bad PSA customer service" in my opinion has been a worn-out cliche or even a self-evident hobby truism for at least the past 13 years.
But I think the biggest problem is that people should do more then just vent on a message board. If every submitter who wasn't satisfied with their service complained to the BBB and their rating dropped to a D or an F then maybe they'd do something.
