Neat find Steve, I think you are right that most of these are likely from storage. Would like to see a scan of stamps.
Steve your Gilbert is definitely different then a common WSTs. In hand these look like a direct print due to factory error. I'll try to get some high res scans up. Johnny has a Cycle advert printed on the front, it is very crisp and clear compared to a WST. I really do need to look into the printers and plates they used to figure these ghosts out : )
