Why yes he does and there won't be a thing done about it either. He is to far above us to answer to the masses in regards to the complete incompetence of some of the "hired help". Is it his problem? I think so because it is his company but when your that big the management team(if there is one) should have this addressed and be answering to the consumers. I have never used PSA and won't simply due to what I hear and product I see. I do hope however that this is something that will be fixed and addressed properly for "the better of the hobby" anyways. I have high hopes I guess
