I'm trying to figure out how the image got reversed. I wonder if there's a Kleinow proof with a reversed image that later was corrected.

isn't it just from the transfer of the image?

Looks like the Joss and several others have ghosts as well, however the Chance is very clear but does not appear to be a direct print but some sort of stacked transfer maybe
