I try to default everything as "Used" in the Ebay specifics and note actual condition in the listing with great big scans.
The Ebay condition specifics are completely useless for collectible sellers. Hopefully you don't get a cracked open holder back. If you do I encourage you to share the buyer ID with the board so others can block him from their auctions..........as Ebay is unlikely to do anything about it.
