Default E91C American Caramel - Complete!

Finally snagged a nice Walter Johnson example to complete the E91C set. Of course this is one of the least popular pre-war sets, however I truly enjoyed collecting it and feel that it certainly has it's place in baseball card history.

Just wanted to share a couple observations while collecting/upgrading this set:

1 - There wasn't a card that was hard to find. All cards from this set seemed to come up for sale fairly often.
2 - As you can guess, the Walter Johnson was most expensive, followed by Tris Speaker.
3 - Have only found 1 variation...a McBride with an E91B reverse. Would love to find more if they are out there.
4 - I haven't come across too many examples that have graded or would grade above a "4".

And the card that completed the set:

Thanks - Rob
