Hey Tony,
Runs of VCBC issues are offered on here (and eBay) on occasion. I'd start with a search of the site posts and put out feelers to see if anyone has any they'd be willing to part with. Here's one for example. Ebay shows a few sales recently - prices about what I'd expect - near $10 Investment for the long haul, and money well spent, IMO. -- Mike
