WTB Boston Store Cards Esp Ruth and Commons

I am looking for this card to help complete my set. Ideally I would like an SGC 30 but will consider any grade even authentic. I have some rarer cards I can trade and I have cash. Did I mention cash. I expect to pay between 5-15K depending on the card condition and I am ready to make that happen.

One of the biggest cards I still need for the set that is near 80%+ done.
