Pardon my indiscretion--
I realize now that it was indiscreet to mention that I was seriously considering a cash offer, now that the offer has been rescinded.
Well, it's my fault. I also should not have mentioned the possibility of an auction as there has been little interest, and I want to put this debacle behind me. So, there will be no auction. As I said that I'd take offers until Sunday night, I shall. Email me if you're interested. Doug
