Does the 2011 version come with the DVD containing a .pdf file?
Both the 2009 and 2010 versions included the DVD which is very convenient. Looking at the cover of the 2011 book, there is no reference to a DVD as there was in 2009 and 2010. Can anyone who purchased a copy verify whether the 2011 book includes a DVD?
