It sure looks like a Burke/Brace RPPC to me. Both Burke and Brace were period photographers. One of the gives is the way that the name of the player was written in pen on the back. This hand labeling is consistent with what they did with every player, and they had a file of images for literally hundreds of baseball players.
They sold these RPPC's and photographs using the same images to collectors through publications such as The Sporting News through most of the 1970's. BTW, I own many of these in my personal collection. I hope this helps!
