Returning e-bay item question
Well in over 700 transactions on e-bay, I think for the first time I may have to return something due to questionable authenticity. Seller has over 5,000 transactions and 100% rating so I can reasonably assume that there was no intent to deceive.
My question is, when returning the item, is DC enough or do I also need sig. confirmation? Thanks in advance, Mike
