Dick Menchaca "flyer" National Bantam Weight Champ????

Hi all,

Let me start by saying I am no boxing expert...

So I have a few questions.

1. I have this flyer pictured below that states "featuring Dick Menchaca", is this a known boxer?

2. What would be the date of this item.

3. Is the item pictured below referred to as a flyer?

4. Anyone collect this guy? Any value in this item?

Notes: The paper is real thin - Nothing on the back - measures 6" x 9"
