Advice on Selling T205s/T206s

About ten years ago, I received a lot of tobacco cards from a family member and have been selling T205s, 206s, 210s factory 25&42 off and on on Ebay and wanted to ask a question if I may. When I have sold cards I do a big scan of the card and try to point out all the imperfections I see. I have some bigger name cards left like t206 Cy Young, t205 johnson & fischer and I just put a T205 Joss on Ebay last week and haven't gotten any bids. I was wondering if it was worth it to send them in to get graded?
