I think Richard gave a great, brief synopsis of T216, right above. Yes, demand is the word moreso than rarity, when determining value. I think Peter, Richard and myself are just splitting hairs on the semantics.
I use "demand" and "rarity" interchangably and that is not really the correct way to do it. Even above, I did it. Here is a possibility of a Kotton type 2 packaging......Hopefully, I will have it in hand in the next few days.
