Default Welcome on Board

Happy to be part of this fantastic group of collectors and discussion areas.

Name: Jim MacCord (emmygirl) Had a springer spanial for 16 yrs. named emmygirl)

Age: 65

Occupation: retired from residential real estate

Collecting since 1952. Being a Red Sox fan as a boy (And a Mickey Manle fan ) I remember cutting out Mickey's face
his 1952 topps card and gluing onto a Ted Lepcio card. Oh!, back then how I wished Mickey was a
Red Sox . Dumped all my cards in 1962 to a neighbors kid. Started collecting in 1982 when my boys
got the card collecting fever. Haven't stopped since.

Collector: Putting together 3 baseball sets, 55 topps VG, 63 topps NM and
1972 topps in near mint. Have many cards to trade in raw
condition. Hope we can do some B/S/T'ing.

Family: Wife of 45 happy years, 3 grown sons and 1 daughter,
and 1 grandson 10yrs old (he's a red sox card collector).

Net54: Been "Lurking" for about a year and enjoying all the great stories
and knowledge so many of you share on this site. So, I thought it
was time to just jump in and enjoy it even more.

Going to the National: No, but hope to now that I'm retired and my wife
loves to travel..
Favorite team: Boston Red Sox
Best regards to all the great people here at Net54basebal Jim
