I just purchased an item on eBay (not a card) and noticed in my "leave feedback" that things had changed dramatically. Instead of a place to rate the seller with 1-5 stars and leave a feedback sentence, there is now a "rate the seller from 0-10" and some questions to answer (yes or no) with regard to shipping promptness, satisfaction with the items, etc. Has anyone else noticed this? This is a marked change. I haven't sold anything on eBay recently so I don't know if there is an accompanying "rate the buyer."
