I buy and sell as a hobby to fund my LSU collecting.
I made an easy $700+ this week off a near mint 1930's Lionel train set and a couple late 1800's fly fishing reels. I paid $400 for the train set and $10 for the reels. The reels sold for $80 and the train for $1100!!! Here is the only picture I have left from the set(deleted them as I listed them): ![]() People ask me all the time how do I know what to buy at these estate sales. All I can tell them is that I don't know what to buy, but I know what to risk my money on. I have made 10's of 1000's of dollars over the last 10 years are so. (keeps the wife from complaining when I spend $1000 on one LSU item )here is my ebay page if you want to see the rest of the train (completed items, so you need to be logged in): Theantiquetiger eBay page
