I sold the original art on eBay. If I recall correctly, it sold for around $600.
I don't know how or where the card sold, as I heard about it second hand afterward. I know Exhibit Supply made proofs, as some of the art had instruction sheets on back listing how many proofs were to be made. Below is the original art. The background and name is all painted in.
