Sweet Cap overstrikes, one more time?
Folk;
At the risk of trying your patience even more, will someone please point me to the thread in which T206 Sweet Cap overstrikes were discussed? It looks to me like there were at least two kinds -- the 150 overprint "black out" is a red bar. The new information appears above the bar, under the word "subjects." In the 350-460 series, the black out is a kind of red braid, the new information appears below and outside of the box. I also remember reading about why these were done. I can't find anything in Scot Reader (it may be there, but I can't find it). Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. Bob
