Prices falling
I have been picking up T206 commons in the $150 - $225 range for (PSA 6's). When I looked at the prices from 2004-2006 these got quite a bit more than today. MY OPINION....but I think there is definately an economic factor - less play money for avid collector's, so deals are abound.
I don't see values increasing for some time and if your patient, you can pull together a nice bunch of cards for less cash. I agree that some BIN sellers are still overpriced (by some $25-$75 per card) and they will sit for awhile. David
