After further study of the photo, I have discovered the following critical facts:
1. The photo appears to be Type 3.5, meaning a reproduction of a print of a copy of an original. 2. The extreme rarity and COA Given with the photo is simply mindbogglin 3. The big one, this could be the ONLY signed Ruth Photo with a Young Yogi Berra EXTANT. 4. BID BID BID and SNIPE SNIPE SNIPE.
