Rare Topps Test Issues

Hi Dave, the Cepeda disc is a proof. The back is white and blank, but shows some blue bleeding thru. I bought it from Bob Bostoff at the St. Louis National in 1996. I haven't seen another in this form yet. Can't wait to see your stuff. Randy
